Notes: My desktop has been tuned over several years to maximize expressiveness while minimizing UI chrome. Gestures and shortcuts are used extensively. The top right and bottom left corners are the most comfortable to “fling” the mouse cursor to as a right handed user. Much functionality has been crammed into those spaces, especially the top right, accessible entirely via the mouse. When editing keyboard is the focus, when browsing the web or code the mouse is the focus.
